jetwan Terms and Conditions

Welcome to jetwan. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jetwan platform ("Platform") and all services associated with it. By registering on jetwan or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are given below:

• "Platform" — The jetwan website, application, and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on jetwan or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal jetwan profile and associated wallet.
• "Bonus" — Promotional rewards, cashback, or free credits offered by the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — An amount of money placed to participate in any game.
• "Turnover" — The total wagering amount that must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on jetwan, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• The account is for personal use only — placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• The member is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials (password) confidential.

For verification purposes, jetwan may at any time request an identity document (NID or passport), phone number verification, or additional documentation. jetwan reserves the right to suspend or close an account if accurate information is not provided.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on jetwan are handled in a secure and fast manner. The following rules apply to all members:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (applicable for all methods).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits and withdrawals must only be made from an account registered in the member's own name.
• Transactions through third parties are prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the balance may be confiscated.
• Full account verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

4 Welcome Bonus and Promotion Terms

jetwan offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following conditions apply to claiming and using bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Turnover Requirement: Before withdrawing the bonus, the combined total of deposit and bonus must be turned over 10 times.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; or deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳13,000.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the required turnover has been completed.
• jetwan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If any bonus-related fraud or system abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be confiscated.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

Regularly active members may benefit from the jetwan VIP program. Special benefits are available according to VIP tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Members may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular betting activity and active participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated weekly and paid out subject to the applicable conditions.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. jetwan reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6 Betting Rules

All types of bets on jetwan (sports betting, casino games, live casino) are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless jetwan cancels it on its own initiative.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or system failure, jetwan will review it and make a decision.
• If the result of an event changes for any reason or is cancelled, the related bet will be settled at jetwan's discretion.
• Betting limits may vary by game and market, and may change without prior notice.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected on an account, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetwan:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets with the aim of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in games using software or systems.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.

If a member's involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is proven, their account will be permanently closed and all balances will be confiscated. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Security and Data Protection

jetwan gives the highest priority to protecting user information. This platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all financial transactions and personal data secure.

• A member's personal information is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, notify the support team immediately.

9 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

jetwan may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of the Terms is found.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information has been provided.
• If proof of being a minor is found.
• If the member submits a request to close the account themselves.

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may request this via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

jetwan places the greatest importance on responsible gaming. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — it should not be used as a source of income.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid placing further bets in an attempt to recover losses.

12 Dispute Resolution
